Patient underwent bilateral mastectomies with DIEP flap reconstruction.  She had a second stage reconstruction 3 months later with liposuction and fat grafting to breasts with one additional round of fat grafting to breast 8 months later. *Results May Vary*

62 year old needing breast reconstruction following mastectomies for breast cancer. Patient had immediate DIEP flap reconstruction at tie of mastectomies. Nine months after, she had one breast revision surgery that included scar revisions, liposuction, fat grafting.  Patient decided not to do any nipple/areolar reconstruction at this time. *Results May Vary*

Patient started with implant based breast reconstruction following mastectomies due to breast cancer.  This failed and we began with debridement and removal of old mesh in breast.  Around 4-6 months later she underwent DIEP flap reconstruction. 55 year old who underwent a left mastectomy for breast cancer.  She then had DIEP flap for reconstruction.  A second surgery was performed 5 months later and included and right breast reduction in order to help with symmetry.
