46 year old mother, 5’5″ and 170 lbs. She desired rejuvenation of her abdomen and flanks. She had a large abdomen with excess adipose of the flanks and back. She also had muscle laxity of the abdominal wall. She underwent abdominoplasty with Smart Lipo of the flanks and back regions.
